If you select M-PESA On Delivery, you can pay for your package when our Delivery Associates bring it to your doorstep or when you pick it up at one of our Pickup Stations. It’s easy, fast and secure!

-You will still be able to pay Cash on Delivery if your don’t have enough money on M-Pesa account when collecting the package

Nevertheless, we encourage you to choose Pay Online reason being: 

• You’ll speed up the package collection process
• Your Money is SAFE! And we will refund you if delivery fails or the product is faulty.


In case you chose to pay with a debit or credit card you warrant that you are the legal holder of the card and the funds backing it. You should also warrant that you have sufficient funds to make the payment.

Using M-PESA (Safaricom) money transfer:

On the M-pesa menu:

  • Select Pay bill option
  • Enter FYSTAR business number as XXXXXX
  • Enter your National ID number as your account number
  • Enter amount you want to pay e.g. 3000
  • Enter your secret PIN number
  • Confirm transaction and send
  • Wait for SMS confirmation.

Using Airtel money transfer:

On the Airtel Money menu:

  • Select Make payments
  • Select Pay bill
  • Select Other
  • Enter business name as FYSTAR
  • Enter Amount – e.g. 3000
  • Enter your secret Pin number
  • Confirm the transaction
  • In the reference section, enter your National ID Number.

You will instantly receive a confirmation via SMS from AIRTEL MONEY


  • Pay cash at your doorstep.
  • We only accept Kenyan Shillings currency
  • If you select Cash on Delivery, you can pay for your package when our Delivery Associates bring it to your doorstep or when you pick it up at one of our Pickup Stations.

Please carry the exact amount in Kenyan Shillings, as our Delivery Associates and Pickup Station staff do not carry petty cash. Nevertheless, we encourage you to choose Pay Online via your Credit or Debit card or alternatively MPesa, EazzyPay via our Jumbo pay process. This way you will:

  1. Avoid carrying around high amounts of cash and thus minimize risk of loss or theft
  2. Speed up the payment process when you collect the package itself.

  5. If you are a Returning customer enter your email address and password
  6. Choose your payment method
  7. Clicks confirm order and wait for a response from our sales team.

We will deliver/ship any purchased item online within an hour to any location in Nairobi.
